Cabins available mid-May – mid-October or November (Cabins 1, 2 & 3 only)

Spring rates are 5/11/2023 - 6/16/2023

Summer rates are 6/17/2023 - 9/4/2023

Fall rates are 9/5/2023 - 10/15/2023 (Forest View 1 & 2) or 11/15/2023 (Lakeview 3, 4, & 5)

Week long Saturday – Saturday bookings only in Spring & Summer

All other times 3 night minimum

 

These are housekeeping cabins meaning you are responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and some light tasks on checkout to assist us in a quick turnaround for the next guest. We reserve the right to an excessive cleaning charge of $250 upon your departure if cabin is left in unreasonable condition.

 

Please bring your own bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels.

 

No smoking is allowed in the cabins per MN Beltrami County no-smoking ordinance.  

MN State Law prohibits transporting of firewood due to Ash Bore Disease.  Please do not bring your own firewood, we sell firewood at $5 a crate or $20 a wagon.  

 

We understand that pets are part of the family, well-mannered dogs are welcome for $40/day or $200/week. They are not to be left unattended in the cabin or on the property, must be kept on a leash and picked up after.

 

As our guest, we do not charge for boat launch or dock space. 

 

Our fish cleaning house is fully screened, well-lit with a large sink and running water. 

 

Cancellations and Deposits (Cabins & Boat)

• Booked 60 days or greater from check in date

  • Deposit of 50% due within 2 weeks of booking date

  • Cancel 60 days or greater from check in date 50% of deposit will be returned

  • Cancel within 60 days of check in date no deposit will be returned, however, if cabin is re-rented 50% will be returned.

• Booked within 60 days of check in date

  • Deposit of 50% due immediately 

  • Cancel 14 days or greater from check in date 50% of deposit will be returned

  • Cancel within 14 days of check in date no deposit will be returned, however if cabin is re-rented 50% will be returned.
